Wooden products have a shelf life of 2 years and bamboo about 1 year, counted from the date of manufacture. Keep sealed, store at 50-65% humidity away from heat, and rotate FIFO for best results. Wood ~2 years, bamboo ~1 year from manufacture date. 50-65% RH prevents mold (high) and cracking (low). Use older batches first to stay within shelf life. Planning stock rotation for a large order?
