What is your MOQ for custom orders?
Our MOQ starts from 10,000 pieces per SKU for custom wooden or bamboo cutlery. For stock products without customization, smaller trial orders are welcome. Contact our team for exact MOQ based on your product selection.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples of our standard products. Custom samples with your logo or packaging may incur a small setup fee which is refundable on your first bulk order. Samples typically ship within 3-5 business days.
How long does custom production take?
Standard custom orders ship within 15-25 days after artwork approval. Lead time varies by product type, quantity, and customization complexity. Rush orders may be available — please ask our team.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products meet international standards including FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), LFGB (German Food and Feed Code), EU 1935/2004, BRC, ISO 9001, and SGS testing. Certificates are available upon request.
Can I visit your factory in Dalian?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits. Our facility is located at No.29 Fuquan North Road, Dongjiagou, Jinzhou District, Dalian, China. Please schedule your visit in advance so we can prepare a personalized tour.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, flexible terms can be discussed.
